There’s Nothing Like a SteepWorld Birthday Party!
The goal of a SteepParty is for the kids to go away excited, a little tired, and filled with fond memories of a fun climbing experience!
SteepParties take place on Saturdays, each within a 2-hour time slot. The first hour and a half consists of climbing challenges and activities provided by a personal instructor, to motivate the kids to keep climbing and push their comfort zones. The last half hour is left to use as needed for food, cake, presents or more climbing! Snacks and drinks are available for purchase at our front desk, and parties are welcome to bring or order-in food. We also have a fridge/freezer available to store food & drinks during the climbing portion of the party.
Reservations can be made for any Saturday, for either 12-2pm, 2-4pm, or 4-6pm.
Although we can reference availability over the phone, time slots can’t be booked until we receive a completed PARTY AGREEMENT and $50 deposit. This deposit is nonrefundable and is applied to the overall cost of your SteepParty. Cancellations/rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booked day. For cancellations, the deposit is credited to one’s customer account for future use at SteepWorld.
Another option we offer for parties is our PORTABLE CLIMBING WALL. This is a great option for groups that’d like to bring the SteepWorld experience to their own home!
**All participants will need to have a signed RELEASE FORM by a parent or legal guardian prior to entry into the climbing area.**
$17 per climber with a $100 minimum (this covers the cost of 6 climbers).
Sunday parties are available with a minimum of 2 weeks notice. $300 minimum for up to 10 climbers, $375 for up to 20 climbers.
